My name
is Ed Manning and I started in CFA with my registered cattery in July of 1987.
I
began with Persians, Himalayans, and Exotic Shorthairs. I registered my cattery
with TICA in February of 1995. I have bred several SGC, Regional Winners and
International Winners. I started showing an alter Sphynx in 1999 and I fell in
love with the breed.
I continued to show my Persians/Exotics and had an active
breeding program while I was showing my alter Sphynx. In 2000 my partner, James
Poole joined in my venture with our first breeding Sphynx that we showed to the
title of RW, SGC in TICA, and the following year showed his first offspring to
RW, SGC status as well. After 2 years of working with both breeds. I decided to
put all of my time and effort into the Sphynx breed and they are my entire
breeding program at present. We are certified as an "Outstanding Cattery" in
TICA, and a "Cattery of Excellence" in CFA. I have worked hard over the past two
years to become accepted in the TICA judging program. I officially became a
Probationary Specialty Judge February 2007, and advanced to Provisional Allbreed
in January of 2010
as well as South
East Regional
Director for the
South East Region In
TICA. I continue to look forward to the new
adventures to come
in the cat fancy.
